High Grade Furniture Plywood

Description

Birch plywood of higher grades without knots and visible defects is actively used in the manufacture of parts for particle board furniture: shelves, cabinets, drawers, etc.

For the production of the rear walls of cabinets and drawer bottoms, sofa carcasses and bedsteads, particle board furniture elements and children’s furniture the high-quality graded plywood with simpler characteristics is used.

Grades: B/B plywood (premium), B/BB plywood, BB/BB plywood, BB/CP plywood.
Thickness: 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24 mm.

Plywood for Framing

Description

Due to multiple layers and thin layers of birch veneer of high density, Russian birch plywood is an ideal material for the production of frames and the internal details of upholstered furniture. Birch plywood has a stable geometry, which makes it an ideal product for the production of internal parts under the stretching, as well as allows you to achieve maximum efficiency in the processing. It is perfectly cut on CNC and securely locks furniture accessories. Due to careful production control of the adhesive joint strength, our plywood virtually has no separation problems.

Film Faced Plywood

Description

High wear resistance is a quality standard for laminated plywood. No matter if plywood is used for formwork (for concrete), storage, flooring, transport flooring or children’s playgrounds, our birch plywood provides improved water resistance. Each sheet of laminated plywood is a reliable robust multilayer structure, which is based on phenol-formaldehyde resin coated with film. The ends of plywood are painted in the color of the film. In addition to the abundance of available colors and textures, we guarantee high quality of the laminated plywood.

Colors: dark brown, light brown, light gray, black, yellow, green (transparent), red.
Available surfaces: Smooth (F/F), Smooth/Mesh (F/W); HEXA (hexagonal texture).
Thickness: 6 mm to 35 mm.
Sheet size: 1220×2440, 1250×2500, 1500×3000.
Classes: Class 1 – visible defects are not allowed, Class 2 – minor defects that do not violate the integrity of the film are allowed.
